The warmer months are here and it is time to get out of that smelly and over crowded gym. Total Body Boot Camp offers fun, new, and challenging workouts every week. No matter if you're new to fitness or looking to change up your existing routine Total Body Boot Camp is for you!

Total body is an outdoor fitness camp aimed to bring you challenging and fun ways to get in shape this summer. The in park setting will change up the scenery from that same old boring gym look to the refreshing outdoors. Each week you will be challenged using a combination of body weight and various types of resistance equipment (dumbbells, kettle bells, etc.).
