  Who doesn't want to kick their weekend off with a dance party?? And an outdoor one?? EVEN BETTER!!! Join me for some fun in the sun on Saturday mornings this summer!! I am super excited to be adding Zumba to the Fitness in the Park series!!Zumba is a Latin dance based fitness program that incorporates energetic music, easy to follow dance moves and tons of fun!! You will be shimmying, shaking and laughing so much you wont realize you are working out. Zumba truly is exercise in disguise! This class is suitable for all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Zumba is for everybody and EVERY BODY!!! So, come on out and give it a try! What do you have to lose?? (except some stress and maybe a couple of pounds...) This summer DITCH THE WORKOUT AND JOIN THE PARTY!!!

Tabata Kickboxing class combines two high energy workouts into one calorie killing, totally toning exercise extravaganza! YOU can do ANYTHING for 20 seconds, right? This high intensity interval training using just your body and timed periods of work and rest will energize you and leave you feeling amazing. You won't believe how quickly the time passes!If you are looking for lower impact or lower intensity exercise, don't worry! Instructor demonstrates multiple levels and modifications throughout. Come get your kicks! *Instructor recommends bringing a water bottle and workout mat*
